CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

In order to enable us to confirm your reservation, we kindly ask you to send us the following payment:
- 10% at the reservation
- 40% before December 31st, 2011
- 50% before March 31st, 2012

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation the hotel will keep the deposit already received as penalty.
In case of cancellation after March 31st, 2012, the hotel will keep the deposit already received as penalty (100%).
